What am I agreeing to?

By using BudgetPlanner you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What does BudgetPlanner actually provide?

BudgetPlanner provides AI-generated budget suggestions and personal-finance tools. It is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, investment or legal advice. See our Financial Disclaimer.

Who can create an account?

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

How does the Pro subscription, trial and refund work?

Pro is billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account. A 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled. Refunds are granted within 14 days of the first paid charge in the EU per consumer-rights rules, and at our discretion elsewhere.

What am I not allowed to do?

You agree not to: reverse engineer the service, scrape it, use it to violate any law, upload unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with its security or availability.

Who owns the content and my budget data?

The service, brand and code belong to BudgetPlanner. You retain ownership of budget data you enter and grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the service.

Is any result guaranteed?

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or meet a specific financial outcome.

What is BudgetPlanner liable for?

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

How can this agreement end?

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Which law applies?

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
